Katherine J. Hart

Kate Hart is Senior Counsel at Abbott & Kindermann, LLP. Her primary area of practice is land use law.  Ms. Hart represents both public and private clients in processing their local land use entitlements. She has extensive experience with the Subdivision Map Act, Mitigation Fee Act and the California Environmental Quality Act, as well as local land use litigation.  

Kate also has experience with water quality and environmental issues.  She is a former member and Chair of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (2005-2012), and is a member and the past President of the Sacramento Valley Conservancy Board of Trustees.
